Frank L. Brittingham
Co-Founder, Investment Advisor Representative
Frank is a co-founder of Comprehensive Financial Solutions (CFS) and holds a B.S. from Elizabethtown College (Elizabethtown, PA). He is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative through Cetera Advisors LLC. Frank has over 38 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industry. He specializes in risk management, allocation strategies, and developing adequate investment income for retirees. Frank is a State of Maryland licensed insurance agent (Health, Life, and Variable). In his time away from the office, Frank enjoys fishing, boating, hunting, and cooking.
Bruce W. Robson, CFP®, AIF®
Co-Founder, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™
Bruce is a co-founder of Comprehensive Financial Solutions (CFS) and attained the CFP® certification in 1994 and the AIF® designation in 2016. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant, an Accredited Investment Advisor®, Registered Securities Principal, Investment Advisor Representative, and a Licensed Insurance Agent. He is the past Chair of the Advisors Council for the Financial Services Institute, Inc. (Washington, DC). Bruce has three children and resides in Salisbury, MD with his wife Susan. He enjoys anything involved with the water and gardening. Bruce is active with the Salisbury Horizons Academic and Summer Enrichment Program and a member of the Wicomico Environmental Trust.
Michael J. Sise, CFP®, AIF®, CRPC®, CPFA®
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™
Michael J. Sise, a graduate of Stephen Decatur High School and Liberty University began his career as a financial advisor in 2013. In his first five years in the business, Michael became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, as well as achieving his Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designations. Serving as planning specialist and lead strategist on the CFS Investment Committee, Michael has excellent perspective of the granular details of our client relationships, as well as a strong grasp of the overall trends of our portfolios and investment philosophy. Michael works as an adjunct professor at Salisbury University’s Perdue School of Business, teaching Retirement Planning. Michael lives in Berlin with his wife Allison, and their daughters Magnolia and Annie.
J.D. Schroen, CPA
CPA, Investment Advisor Representative
J.D., a Salisbury native, received his B.A. in Accounting from Asbury College (Wilmore, KY). After graduating, he spent the next several years working in the finance and accounting fields in Lexington, KY before moving back to Salisbury. He joined CFS in 2001 as a financial advisor and was also tasked with growing CFS’ tax department. J.D. received his investment series 6 & 7 registrations in 2001 and the CPA designation in 2003. J.D. is active in his church and various community outreach programs. He currently resides in Salisbury with his wife Jenny and four children and is an active cyclist and snow skier.

Christopher J.D. Wilde, MBA
Investment Advisor Representative
Chris is a socially conscious financial advisor who, wishing to share his skills, compassion and experience, 20 years ago decided on a career change. He affiliated with a regional financial services firm and has developed a passion for helping families build financial security and pursue their financial goals.
After graduating from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor's of Science in Agricultural Economics, Chris served in the Peace Corps in Samoa, teaching at the University of the South Pacific.
He returned to the U.S. and married his college sweetheart, Kathryn. They both taught at a school for Native Americans in New Mexico. Chris and Kathryn then served with the Mennonite Central Committee teaching in Sichuan, China from 1985 to 1987. After returning to the U.S. and settling in Tucson, AZ, Chris became the Finance Manager of the Tucson Community Food Bank.
He earned his MBA from the Eller School of Management, University of Arizona, in 1994.
The Wildes, and their two daughters relocated to the Eastern Shore in 2001 to be nearer Chris’s dad. Chris holds the Series 7, 63, 65, and 24 Security Registrations.
Continuing his commitment to community service and good citizenship, Chris is a member of the Business and Accounting Advisory Board at Wor-Wic Community College and the Eastern Region Destination Imagination Advisory Committee. He also volunteers his time with the James M. Bennett High School PTSA and the Rock and Roll Revival Show. He is a past Commodore of the Eastern Shore Sailing Association and sails competitively.
Chris and Kathryn enjoy backpacking, hiking, and camping with their daughters and black lab mix, Othello, and live in Tyaskin in Wicomico County.
Mason H. Little
Investment Advisor Representative
Mason is regarded as a great friend and neighbor who enjoys solving problems. With more than 29 years in the financial services industry, he specializes in helping clients satisfy their retirement income needs through focused dividend investing.
For 20 years Mason gained valuable experience by working with both regional and national firms, including A. G. Edwards, Wachovia Securities, and Wells Fargo Advisors. Almost ten years ago, he settled on the independent advisor model as the most effective way to serve his clients.
He holds the Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 Securities Registrations.
Mason graduated from Elon University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Economics. Mason is an accomplished golfer with four Club Championships. He is also a car aficionado. Mason and his wife Tamara have a daughter, Virginia. The family resides in East New Market in Dorchester County.
Andrew H. Benjamin
A Salisbury Native, Andrew has been involved in the insurance business for over 20 years. He specializes in long-term care insurance, life and disability insurance, and individual and group health insurance. Andrew has helped a considerable number of CFS clients for the last sixteen years in the area of long-term care insurance. In February 2011, he relocated his office to CFS and founded CFS Insurance Solutions with the idea of making CFS a venue where clients could not only receive expert financial and accounting services, but also address all their insurance needs. Andrew has access to all major insurance carriers. His ability to educate his clients regarding insurance coverage coupled with outstanding services brings him many referrals and repeat business. Andrew works closely with attorneys and other advisors and is very familiar with community resources. Although Andrew is not associated with Cetera Advisors, he is always available to talk about any questions or concerns regarding your insurance policies.

Sandra M. Hearne
Director of Administration
As Director of Administration, Sandra manages the day-to-day operations and compliance for CFS. She is also responsible for coordinating communications, human resources, and maximizing client fulfillment. Sandra has been with CFS since January 2000. Before beginning her career with CFS, she served as Chief Administrator for a local accounting firm. Sandra and her husband Ted, reside in Salisbury, MD. They enjoy camping, attending estate auctions and concerts, but mostly love spending time with their family and friends.
Client Service Associate, Tax Associate
Lisa B. Hickman joined CFS, Comprehensive Financial Solutions, in January of 2017 as an assistant in the Tax Department. After 2 years of working part-time with J.D. Schroen, CPA, she joined the staff full-time as a Client Service Associate, and the Executive Administrator for Frank Brittingham. Lisa’s previous work experience included being a Certified Ophthalmic Technician and Retinal Photographer at Peninsula Eye Center, where she was employed for almost 20 years. She took a break from working to finish raising her two boys, who are now grown. Her oldest son is a Financial Planner for the Cancer Institute at the University of Pittsburgh, and her youngest is a CPA for a large accounting firm in Denver, Colorado. Lisa is community oriented and likes to volunteer her time with several charitable organizations. When she isn’t working, volunteering, or spending time with her family, she can be found with her nose in a book or cheering on her “other” boys, the Washington Capitals.
Shelly M. Mullins

Shelly M. Mullins joined CFS Comprehensive Financial Solutions in January 2009 as our Tax Receptionist. As our company has grown, she now serves as our Director of First Impressions and Executive Administrator to J.D. Schroen, CPA. As Executive Administrator to J.D. Schroen, CPA, Shelly is responsible for a vast array of administrative tasks as well as assuring investment and tax clients receive the highest satisfaction possible. Standing as a self-motivated, energetic individual, serving as our lead Director of First Impressions, Shelly provides a friendly and professional point of contact for all Comprehensive Financial Solutions (CFS) clientele. Shelly's top priority is to provide an exceptional customer service experience. Prior to joining CFS, she was employed by the Phillips family at Phillips Men Shop as a Sales Associate here in Salisbury, MD for over 6 years. Shelly is a long time Worcester County native; she resides in Berlin, MD with her husband Andy.
Registered Administrative Assistant
Liz Brittingham graduated Flagler college in 2017 with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration. She holds Series 7 and Series 66 security registrations, and is currently pursuing her CIMA (Certified Investment Management Analyst) designation. Prior to her employment at CFS she was a first mate on the “Get Sum” based out of Ocean City, Maryland. During her seven years as a mate she earned her United States Captain’s License at the age of 19. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends, traveling, fishing and being out on the water.

Alex Saunders graduated from Salisbury University with a bachelor of science in Financial Planning. While she was still in school, she was an intern at CFS and a part-time waitress at a local diner. Alex is dedicated to ensuring that clients have a friendly, positive and informative experience with CFS, where she is the Executive Administrator for Bruce Robson. Her long-term goals include, obtaining her securities licenses and becoming a Certified Financial Planner. She is an Ocean City local and when she is not working, she enjoys cooking as well as spending time with her cat, Luci.
Deborah S. Williams
Client Service Associate
Debbie is the first line of communication with our clients, cheerfully working with operations, compliance and client services for our clients as the Executive Administrator for Chris Wilde and Mason Little. She has worked in the financial services industry for over 35 years and can address a full range of clients’ needs. She and her husband David enjoy their lives living along the Nanticoke River in Tyaskin, with all its beauty and gifts of nature. Cooking, boating, and bird watching are her pleasures along with spending time with her daughter Dawn and her wonderful family.

Nikolas "Nick" Forbush joined us full-time in September, after graduating from Salisbury University with a Bachelor's of Science in Financial Planning in the Spring of 2020. Nick, the Executive Administrator to Mike Sise, is supporting the team as a Client Service Associate while studying and grasping skills to become a future advisor. While he was still in school, he was an intern at CFS. While away from the office, Nick enjoys coaching travel baseball for the Delmarva Aces, for a variety of age groups, and giving pitching lessons to multiple youth athletes throughout the Eastern Shore. Nick also enjoys following the Baltimore Orioles, the Washington Redskins, and the Maryland Terrapins.
Andrew Likovich is a Salisbury native and alumni of Salisbury University, graduating in Spring 2020 with a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing from the Franklin P. Perdue School of Business. Joining CFS in January 2020 as an intern, Andrew is responsible for social media management, website design, advertising design and copy, and the production of client communication. Before working at CFS, he was the lead Host at Red Lobster in Salisbury, a videographer at BEACON within the Purdue School at Salisbury University, and a Sales Associate at the Spice & Tea Exchange's Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City locations. In his free time he makes videos on YouTube and livestreams on Twitch, as well as collects and repairs old hi-fi equipment and computers. Andrew is currently pursuing emigration to Canada to be with his husband, Paul. He currently resides in Salisbury with his dog Amy and his two cats, Comet and Jazzy.
