LeAnn has been in the financial services industry since 1996, beginning her career as an administrative professional and gaining experience across Virginia, Ohio, Texas, and Washington State. She later transitioned into a producing advisor role in Virginia before moving into leadership as a hiring manager and supervisor overseeing teams throughout Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
Her professional journey also includes an eight-year venture as the owner of a general store and several years in public health, giving her a well-rounded perspective and a deep appreciation for community-focused work.
A Southern California native, LeAnn and her husband, Steve, originally from Massachusetts, moved to Salisbury from Richmond, Virginia last summer to be closer to their kids and grandkids. They share their home with four rescue dogs. LeAnn loves being back near the beach and enjoys exploring all that the Eastern Shore has to offer.
