Shelly M. Mullins joined CFS Comprehensive Financial Solutions in January 2009 as our Tax Receptionist. As our company has grown, she now serves as our Director of First Impressions and Executive Administrator to J.D. Schroen, CPA. As Executive Administrator to J.D. Schroen, CPA, Shelly is responsible for a vast array of administrative tasks as well as assuring investment and tax clients receive the highest satisfaction possible. Standing as a self-motivated, energetic individual, serving as our lead Director of First Impressions, Shelly provides a friendly and professional point of contact for all Comprehensive Financial Solutions (CFS) clientele. Shelly's top priority is to provide an exceptional customer service experience. Prior to joining CFS, she was employed by the Phillips family at Phillips Men Shop as a Sales Associate here in Salisbury, MD for over 6 years. Shelly is a long time Worcester County native; she resides in Berlin, MD with her husband Andy.
